Human 2 Human provides expertise to facilitate an organisation to create a safe working environment for all through awareness and compliance. Making the workplace safe for every employee is the responsibility of the employers. It enables the implementation of laws, develops policies and manage incidences related to sexual harassment.

POSH for ICC Members

Interactive session for training on the technical, psychological as well as legal aspects of the law of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace. Equip ICC members with adequate legal knowledge, procedures, and documentation requirements under the POSH Act, as well as to conduct an effective investigation on a complaint of sexual harassment at the workplace under POSH at Workplace Act, 2013.

POSH for Managers

This workshop, typically conducted for about 20 managers, uses role play and case studies to help them understand POSH rules and regulations. It enables them to build a culture of mutual respect and equal opportunity and lead from the front. It also helps them tackle any incidents of discrimination or harassment and effectively enforce the company policy on POSH.

POSH for Employees

For organisations wanting to acquaint their employees with POSH rules and increase awareness, this workshop helps out with theatre-based methods, role plays and simulations. Through this, they have a better understanding of the process to be followed if they are facing sexual harassment and the redressal options available to them.

Advisory Service to Complaints Committee

We can help organizations with appropriate strategies in planning their sexual harassment prevention measures as well as managing claims and investigations as per the required process. From assessing whether a complaint is a workplace harassment issue or an incident of sexual harassment, to how it must received and closed, we can complement your organisation’s efforts and help you create a fair as well as safe workplace for your employees.

Depending on the case to be investigated, we will assign an appropriate “External” Committee member from its panel of qualified members to ensure investigations are done in a fair and unbiased manner. This support can be reached out for, on a case to case basis or as an ongoing advisory program.

Gender Sensitisation Workshop

Gender discrimination is often the result of conscious and unconscious bias acquired through generations of conditioning. Gender sensitization training is critical to addressing bias and thus creating a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere. The program is open to all employees and covers wide-ranging gender related issues. Typically, sensitization programs use a variety of techniques - including group discussions, closed survey techniques, interviews, focus groups, mediations, and scientific evaluation metrics - to compare policies with behavior and identify problem areas that need redressal. The benefits of gender sensitization training include a positive and gender-intelligent organizational culture, growth and progress of women leaders, and lower levels of gender conflict and harassment. Additional benefits include the ability to attract more female candidates, leading to a balanced male-female ratio, and higher morale and retention.
