Human 2 Human offers Potential Enhancement Program (PEP) widely known as Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP is a counseling and consultation service by professional mental health experts offered to employees in corporate to equip them manage work related and personal issues, which when not addressed causes decreased productivity and disturbed mental health. It is confidential short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees.
PEP counselling is aimed at assisting employees and managers to increase productivity at work by mental health experts by means of counselling and coaching sessions by:-
- Understand and clarify issues that are directly concerning them, including any underlying issues.
- Identify and explore options to address those issues.
- Develop plans to approach the issues and find constructive solutions.

It is often available to both employees and their families to help workers remain productive at work. By helping to resolve life - work problems, our programme is effective in building the positive wellbeing of employees by developing strategies to help cope with life and work stress.

Referral Process
- Self Referral: Appointments can be made directly by simply telephoning.
- Supported Referral: A manager, supervisor or work colleague may recommend or encourage you to seek assistance for a particular issue you may be facing. Whether you accept this advice or not is your personal choice.
- Consultation & Referral: Train managers to identify signs of stress in the team and ensure productivity and optimal interpersonal relating, either by empowering individuals to manage their stress or by referrals to the EAP for effective redressal. This enables Managers to proactively manage mental and emotional wellness at workplace to ensure high performance and a positive workplace environment.
- Manager support: To assist managers and leaders in managing more effectively in the workplace. Assiting with the varied issues that may arise for managers such as performance management of staff, having difficult conversations with employees, interpersonal and team conflict, leading change management, supporting teams through challenge and improving team functioning.
