Our Process

The maternity coaching program is structured into three phases

  • Pre-maternity leave
  • During maternity leave
  • Return to work

The maternity coach addresses the needs of the woman and the manager, workplace issues and impact of motherhood through a process of listening, questioning, feedback, goal setting and follow up action. Flexibility in the pace and content of the coaching sessions will be based on individual needs and contexts.
